500g de harina
Un pellizco de sal
4 cucharadas de aceite
de oliva
20g de levadura fresca
o 1 sobre de levadura
seca
250ml de agua tibia
1 lata de tomates pela-
dos
1 lata pequeña de pasta
de tomate
Sal y pimienta
Orégano
2 cucharadas de aceite
de oliva
2 dientes de ajo
Receta con levadura fresca:
Mezcle la harina con el aceite de oliva y la sal en un cuen-
co.
Disuelva la levadura fresca en el agua tibia y remueva
hasta que quede uniforme.
Combine la mezcla de levadura y agua con la harina.
Receta con levadura seca:
Mezcle la harina, el aceite de oliva, la sal, la levadura seca
y el agua tibia.
Pique nos los tomates pelados.
Mezcle todos los ingredientes para crear una salsa.
Amase hasta lograr una masa homogénea. También puede utilizar una amasadora o un
robot de cocina.
Cubra el cuenco con un paño y deje que la masa suba durante 45minutos hasta que
haya doblado su volumen.
Espolvoree harina sobre la masa y trabájela con el rodillo hasta que tenga un grosor de
3mm. Dé la vuelta de vez en cuando a la masa y espolvoree harina para evitar que se
pegue.
Use el molde redondo para cortar las bases de pizza.

Salsa de tomate
Quesos: mozzarella, parmesano rallado, Gouda rallado, etc.
Pescados y mariscos: salmón ahumado, gambas, atún en lata, etc.
Verduras y hortalizas: pimientos verdes, rúcula, aceitunas, champiñones, espinacas, cebol-
la, etc.
Especias y hierbas: albahaca, pimienta, sal, especias italianas, etc.
Carnes: jamón, beicon, salami, etc.
Ponga los ingredientes para la pizza en tazas sobre la mesa.
Unte un poco de aceite sobre las espátulas y póngalas en su plato.
Ponga una base de pizza sobre la espátula.
Agregue un poco de salsa de tomate a la base de la pizza. Deje libre un centímetro de
masa en el borde.
Ponga sobre la base los ingredientes que preera.
