Clean the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use hard
brushes, abrasives, scourers or liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone. After cleaning,
dry well with a dry cloth. Under no circumstances should you immerse the appliance in
water.
Store the appliance in its original packaging in a dry and cool place. Do not store if it is not
completely dry. Grease the baking tray slightly if the pizza oven is not used for an extended

250 ml of lukewarm
water
1 tin of peeled tomatoes
1 small tin of tomato
paste

Recipe with fresh yeast:
Mix the our with the
olive oil and salt in a bowl.
Dissolve the fresh yeast in the lukewarm water and stir
until smooth.
Mix the smooth yeast mixture with the our.
Recipe with dry yeast:
Mix together the our, olive oil, salt, dried yeast and luke-
warm water.
Finely chop the peeled tomatoes.
Mix all the ingredients to create a sauce.
Knead into a smooth dough. Alternatively you can use a blender or food processor.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and leave to rise for 45 minutes until it has doubled in volu-
me.
Sprinkle the dough with our and roll it out until it is 3 mm thick. Turn the dough occasi-
onally and sprinkle with our to prevent it from sticking.
Use the round dough form to cut out the pizza bases.
