1. Gnid kylligen med lidt olivenolie
2. Drys den med urter/krydderier
3. Placer risten i health fryeren og læg kylligen på risten.
4. Følg instruktionerne i brugsvejledningen, vælg stegefunktionen og
tilbered ved 200 °C i 60 minutter.
5. Se til kyllingen efter 45 minutter. Dæk den med stanniol hvis den er
for brunet.
6. Brug eventuelt safterne til at smøre kyllingen med.
7. Tag kyllingen ud efter 60 minutter, kontroller at den er gennemstegt
før severing.

Olivenolie
Salt og peber
Evt. Urter eller krydderier
Du kan også stege kyllingen på
spyddet. Stik spyddet gennem
kyllingen og sæt den fast med
gaerne i health fryeren. Efter start,
tryk da på roteringsknappen.
Bemærk:
1. Forberedelse af sauce: bland majsstivelse og koldt vand, sukker,
soya sauce, hvidløg, ingefær og sort peber i en lille gryde over lav
varme. Lad den simre og rør jævnligt indtil den koger og bliver tyk.
2. Hæld saucen over kyllingen.
3. Placer risten i health fryeren og læg kyllingen på risten, i ét lag.
4. Tilslut health fryeren og tænd den.
5. Følg instruktionerne i brugsvejledningen og indstil health fryeren til
bagefunktion og tilbered i 30 minutter ved 180 °C.
6. Start tilberedningen og smør kyllingen med sauce hver 10 minutter.
7. Tag kyllingen ud og server.
