damaging the item. We do not cover any damages that may arise from improper use of the item or the
disregard of the safety instructions.
Important Safety Advice
• This fi re pit is only suitable for outdoor usage. Do never use it indoors.
• Do not place the fi re pit on fl ammable surfaces. Do not place on dry grass or lawns - especially in
summer! Place the fi re pit on stone or concrete surfaces. Place it in a suitable position, far from any
fl amable objects. Place on an even surface. Please note that the fi re pit can get very hot.
• The fi re pit This fi replace is intended to burn wood logs only. Do not burn coal, leaves, or
• other combustible materials in the fi replace.
• Not for use by children. Keep children and pets away from the fi replace.
• The fi re pit is hot. Use with caution. Do not touch the hot fi replace with bare hands.
• Never leave the burning fi replace unattended, and always extinguish the fi re completely before leav-
ing the fi replace.
• When the fi replace is in use, the handle on the mesh screen and door can reach extreme tempera-
tures that can cause serious injury to an unprotected hand. Use a poker or an appropriate heat resist-
ant glove or pad when handling.
• Check local fi re regulations and municipal by-laws for safe use.
• Be sure to keep a fi re extinguisher, fi re blanket or a bucket with water and/or sand nearby.
• Wait for the fi re pit to completely cool down before removing the ashes.
• Do not use the fi re pit in strong winds.
• Inform your neighbors - if required - about possible smoke.
• Be especially careful when the fi re pit is used near children, mentally handicapped or old people.
• Keep children and pets in safe distance.
• Do solely use the fi re pit in accordance with existing local laws and regulations.
• Do not expose the fi re pit to rain or snow.
• Keep this manual.
