Herdraum (nach jedem Garvorgang)

Nach dem Abkühlen des Dampfgenerators den

Herdraum mit einem trockenen Tuch auswischen oder

ihn bei halboffener Tür trocknen lassen.

Wasserzuführung (1 mal pro Monat)

Das Röhrchen der Wasserzuführung nach vorne heraus-

ziehen.

Den Kesselstein entfernen, der sich eventuell innen

abgesetzt hat (mit einem dünnen und spitzen

Gegenstand von der Art Spiess oder Stricknadel).

Dampfgenerator (1 mal pro Monat)

1/2 Glas weissen Alkoholessig auf den Generator gies-

sen.

Einige Minuten wirken lassen, dann reinigen und mit

Wasser abspülen. Keine Scheuerschwämme oder -pulver

oder Kalkenferner für Kaffeemaschinen benutzen.

Reinigung

Wasserablaufrinne

Diese Wasserablaufrinne nach oben ziehen und aus-

bauen, sie abwischen und wieder mit den drei hierfür

vorgesehenen Kerben einsetzen.

Die Reinigung des Dampfgarers darf nicht

mit einem Dampfreiniger durchgeführt

werden.
