Tips For Cookie Dough
Here are some suggestions If the dough looks
and tastes fine but then spreads paper thin while
cooking:
1. Some shortening has a higher percentage of
water and causes the cookies to spread too thin
while baking
2. Placing cookie dough on a warm cookie sheet
will cause the uncooked cookie dough to spread
while baking.
3. Check the expiration date on your baking powder
to make sure it is current.
