Porciones: 6 Tamaño de la porción: 1 taza (240 ml)
2 cda. mantequilla
1 taza caldo de gallina
3 tazas jugo de tomate
4 tazas tomates
10 hojas de albahaca fresca
1/2 taza mitad leche y mitad crema, tibia
Preparación
Caliente la mantequilla en un cazo grande mientras revuelve conti-
nuamente hasta que la mantequilla comience a dorarse. Incorpore
y revuelva el caldo y 2 tazas de jugo de tomate.
En la jarra WildSide+, añada el resto del jugo de tomate, los toma-
tes cortados en cubitos y las hojas de albahaca. Licúe a velocidad
media a media-alta durante 60 segundos o hasta alcanzar la
temperatura deseada.
Vierta la mezcla de tomate y albahaca en el cazo y cocine a fuego
lento durante 15-20 minutos. Retire del fuego y deje enfriar un
poco. Añada la mitad leche y mitad crema al cazo y revuelva.
Adorne con albahaca y pimienta molida.
