Optische aanduiding als dief-
stalbeveiliging
KeyCard-tong knippert
Wanneer de auto geparkeerd is en de Key-
Card is verwijderd, kan de KeyCard-tong
knipperen als diefstalbeveiliging.
Aan de volgende voorwaarden moet zijn
voldaan:
De pluspool en de continue pluspool moe-
ten juist zijn aangesloten, zoals in de hand-
leiding beschreven.
In de DSC-mode moet “LED ON” ingesteld
zijn.
Lees hiervoor zonodig “Programmering met
DSC - LED”.
Knipperen uitschakelen
Het knipperen kan worden uitgeschakeld
door zo op de KeyCard te drukken dat deze
vastklikt.
Wanneer u het knipperen geheel wilt uit-
schakelen, stelt u in het DSC-menu “LED
OFF” in.
Onderhoud van de KeyCard
Probleemloos functioneren van de KeyCard
is gewaarborgd wanneer de contacten vrij
zijn van vreemde deeltjes. Vermijd direct
aanraken van de contacten met de handen.
Reinig de contacten van de KeyCard indien
gewenst met een in alcohol gedrenkt wat-
tenstaafje.
Short Additional Memory
(S.A.M.)
= korte informatie
De tweede, bij uw dealer verkrijgbare, Key-
Card biedt de mogelijkheid om onder de
DSC-menu-optie “READ KC” via bewegen-
de tekst korte informatie te tonen, bv. het
telefoonnummer van de autowerkplaats,
alarmnummer van de autoclub.
Een hiervoor toegeruste dealer kan een vrij
te kiezen tekst met maximaal 48 karakters
invoeren.
Turn On Message (T.O.M)
= informatie bij inschakelen
De tweede, bij uw dealer verkrijgbare Key-
Card biedt de mogelijkheid bij iedere keer
dat het apparaat wordt ingeschakeld een
“Turn On Message” naar keuze te laten zien.
Een hiervoor toegeruste dealer kan een vrij
te kiezen tekst met maximaal 48 karakters
invoeren.
Telkens wanneer u het apparaat met de
tweede KeyCard inschakelt, verschijnt deze
tekst.
