POSITION If the vehicle has been transported by car

train or ferry, the system must re-position

itself to its new location. With the help of

GPS, this is done automatically after you

have driven for several minutes. If the sys-

tem is unable to re-position itself automati-

cally, it will be necessary to enter your po-

sition manually.

Note:

You can only enter your current position in

combination with a street junction.

If you select POSITION, you will see

two ways of entering your current position.

DIRECT ENTRY Enter your current position as described for

entering your destination, starting with city,

street and junction. After pressing SET

POSITION, you can adjust your distance

to the junction more precisely using -M

and M+ . Then press SET. Your cur-

rent position will be set and the DSC navi-

gation menu will appear in the display.
