Know your cordless leaf blower. Do not plug in the charger or install the battery in the tool until you have read and understand this
Instruction Manual. Learn the tool’s applications and limitations, as well as the specific potential hazards related to this tool.
Following this rule will reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
• Do not point the blower at people or animals.
• Do not leave blower unattended or running when turned on.
• Do not allow to be used as a toy.
• Do not handle blower with wet hands.
• Do not put any object into openings.
• Do not use with any opening blocked
• Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and other parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
• Turn off all controls before removing battery.
• Use extra care when cleaning on step or stairs
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
• Remove all packaging materials and the transport safeguards, if present. Keep packaging materials away from children –
danger of suffocation!
• The blower tube can be installed on the blower without using any tools.
• Slide the blower tube onto the blower housing until the lock button clicks into place, Fig.3.
• Insert the concentrator nozzle onto the blower tube until the concentrator nozzle lock button clicks into place, Fig.4.
Concentrator nozzle is used to increase air flow in tight areas: flower beds. under decks, etc.
Installing The Battery Pack
• Slide the battery pack into the tool base, Fig.5. (Note the battery has raised grooves which allows it to fit into the inflator only
one way).
• Make sure the battery pack snaps into place and that battery pack is secured in the tool before beginning operation. Improper
installation of the battery pack can cause damage to internal components.
Removing The Battery Pack
• Locate the battery release catch on the top of the battery and press downwards, Fig.6.
• Whilst holding down the battery release catch slide the battery pack away from the tool.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Point the nozzle away from any people or animals.
• With your thumb move the power switch (Fig. 7) into the ‘On’ position.
• To keep from scattering debris, blow around the outer edges of a debris pile. Never blow directly into the centre of a pile.
• Use rakes and brooms to loosen debris before blowing. In dusty conditions, slightly dampen surfaces when water is available.
• To switch off the blower move the power switch into the ‘Off’ position.
