roka HTM Mobile Ltd. ali njena pooblaščena servisna družba v
razumnem času brezplačno odpravila napake v materialu, oblikovanju
ali delovanju izdelka ali – če bo po lastnem preudarku smatrala, da je to
potrebno-izdelek brezplačno zamenjala, vse v skladu s predmetno –
omejeno garancijo (razen če zakon določa drugače). Ta omejena

izmed teh držav, je ta omejena garancija veljavna in izvršljiva v vseh teh
zgoraj navedenih državah. Možne so določene omejitve garancijskih
storitev zaradi za določeno državo specifičnih elementov tega izdelka.
