Um diese Funktion zu verwenden, muss die BlackBerry Protect-App auf Ihrem vorherigen BlackBerry-Gerät installiert sein.
Auf Ihrem Gerät muss BlackBerry 7.1 oder früher ausgeführt werden.
Sie können BlackBerry Protect verwenden, um unterstützte Daten von Ihrem vorherigen Gerät auf Ihr neues BlackBerry
10-Gerät zu verschieben.
1. Erstellen Sie auf Ihrem vorherigen Gerät oder über die BlackBerry Protect-Website eine Sicherungskopie Ihrer Daten.
2. Streichen Sie auf der Startseite Ihres neuen Geräts mit dem Finger vom oberen Bildschirmbereich aus nach unten.
Tippen Sie auf Einstellungen > BlackBerry Protect.
3. Legen Sie die Einstellung BlackBerry Protect bei Bedarf auf I fest. Schließen Sie den Einrichtungsvorgang ab.
4. Tippen Sie auf Wiederherstellen. Wählen Sie Ihr vorheriges Gerät als das Gerät aus, von dem Sie Daten
wiederherstellen möchten.
5. Tippen Sie auf Wiederherstellen.
