Führen Sie versuchsweise eine der folgenden Aktionen aus:
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr BlackBerry-Gerät mit dem Mobilfunknetz verbunden ist.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Ihr Gerät über ausreichend Speicherplatz verfügt, um die BlackBerry Device Software zu aktualisieren.
• Wenn Ihr Gerät über Wi-Fi®-Verbindungseigenschaften verfügt, stellen Sie eine Verbindung zu einem Wi-Fi-Netzwerk her und versuchen
