Gegevens overbrengen van een iPhone- of
Android-toestel
Voor u begint: U moet verbonden zijn met een Wi-Fi-netwerk op zowel uw oude toestel als uw BlackBerry-toestel.
U kunt de app Ander toestel gebruiken om contactpersonen, foto's en andere persoonlijke gegevens over te brengen van
uw iPhone- of Android-toestel naar uw nieuwe BlackBerry-toestel. Ga naar www.blackberry.com/deviceswitchapp voor
meer informatie over de app Ander toestel.
1. Ga op uw BlackBerry 10-toestel naar www.blackberry.com/deviceswitchapp en download de app Ander toestel.
2. Open de app Ander toestel.
3. Volg de instructies op het scherm.
Nadat u bent overgeschakeld naar een
ander toestel
Ga naar www.blackberry.com/recycling voor informatie over de teruggave van uw vorige toestel aan Research In Motion
voor recycling en veilige verwerking. Het recycle- en inruilprogramma is alleen beschikbaar in bepaalde gebieden.
Uw BBM-contactpersonen en -groepen
herstellen
Wanneer u BBM voor het eerst opent, wordt u om uw BlackBerry ID gevraagd. Hebt u BBM al eerder gebruikt, denk dan
aan het volgende:
• Als u overschakelt naar een ander BlackBerry-toestel, kunt u de functie Ander toestel in BlackBerry Link op uw
computer of op een toestel met BlackBerry 7 of later gebruiken om de gegevens op uw toestel, zoals contactpersonen
en groepen van BBM 6.2 of lager, over te zetten naar uw nieuwe toestel.
• Als u BBM eerder hebt gekoppeld aan uw BlackBerry ID (bijvoorbeeld op uw huidige toestel), dan kunt u zich
aanmelden met dezelfde
BlackBerry ID om uw BBM-gegevens via het draadloze netwerk te herstellen.
