HTML-e-mailberichten worden niet correct weergegeven
Probeer het volgende:
• Wacht even voordat u verdergaat. Uw BlackBerry®-toestel ontvangt lange berichten en bijlagen in gedeelten.
• Probeer externe afbeeldingen te downloaden. Druk op de menutoets. Klik op Afbeelding ophalen.
• Bekijk het bericht in opmaak met platte tekst. Druk op de menutoets. Klik op Platte tekst ophalen.
Bepaalde mappen met e-mailberichten worden als 'niet beschikbaar' weergegeven
Als u geen e-mailberichten kunt doorsturen vanaf een map voor e-mailberichten, wordt het selectievakje naast de map als 'niet beschikbaar'
weergegeven.
Probeer het volgende:
• Wacht een paar seconden. De mappen voor e-mailberichten worden wellicht na korte tijd toegankelijk.
• Schakel draadloze e-mailafstemming uit en schakel deze weer in.
Filters voor e-mailberichten werken niet goed
Probeer het volgende:
• Controleer of de filters voor e-mailberichten zijn ingeschakeld.
• Controleer of de filters voor e-mailberichten worden weergegeven in de volgorde waarin uw BlackBerry®-toestel deze moet toepassen.

• Als MMS-sjablonen voor uw BlackBerry®-toestel beschikbaar zijn, kunt u een lege sjabloon gebruiken om uw MMS-bericht op te stellen.
