Als u een upgrade uitvoert voor uw BlackBerry® Device Software, verwijdert uw BlackBerry-toestel de vorige versie van de software na 30
dagen. Als u de hoeveelheid beschikbaar geheugen op uw toestel wilt verhogen, kunt u de vorige versie handmatig verwijderen.
1. Klik in de toestelopties op Geavanceerde opties.
2. Klik op Draadloos upgraden.
3. Klik op Vorige upgrade geslaagd.
4. Druk op de menutoets.
5. Klik op Downgradegegevens verwijderen.
Problemen met toepassingen
Ik kan geen toepassingen toevoegen
Voer de volgende acties uit:
• Controleer of uw BlackBerry® is verbonden met het mobiele netwerk.
• Controleer of uw toestel genoeg geheugen heeft om de toepassing toe te voegen.
Mijn toestel heeft onvoldoende geheugen beschikbaar om een upgrade uit te voeren voor
BlackBerry Device Software
Voer de volgende acties uit:
• Verwijder mediabestanden, weergavetalen of toepassingen van derden die u niet gebruikt.
• Breng mediabestanden die u hebt opgeslagen in het BlackBerry®-toestelgeheugen over naar een mediakaart.
