Sie können die Wi-Fi-Technologie auf Ihrem BlackBerry-Smartphone auf zwei Arten verwenden: im Wi-Fi-Modus oder im
Modus "Mobiler Hotspot".
Wenn Sie den Wi-Fi-Modus einschalten, können Sie Ihr Smartphone mit einem Wi-Fi-Netzwerk verbinden, um auf eine
Internetverbindung zuzugreifen. Sie können nur zu einem externen
Wi-Fi-Netzwerk eine Verbindung herstellen, z. B. zu
Ihrem Netzwerk zu Hause oder im Büro, während Sie sich im Wi-Fi-Modus befinden.
Wenn Sie den Modus "Mobiler Hotspot" einschalten, können Sie Ihr Smartphone als mobilen Hotspot verwenden, damit
andere Wi-Fi-fähige Geräte die mobile Netzwerkverbindung auf Ihrem Smartphone nutzen können. Wenn Sie zum Beispiel
reisen, können Sie Ihr Smartphone mit Ihrem Laptop verbinden und den Modus "Mobiler Hotspot" Ihres Smartphones

Wenn Ihr Smartphone mit einem drahtlosen CDMA-Netzwerk verbunden ist und Sie einen Anruf tätigen oder
entgegennehmen, unterbricht Ihr Smartphone Ihre mobile Hotspot-Sitzung, bis Sie den Anruf beenden. Ihre mobile
Hotspot-Sitzung wird fortgesetzt, wenn das Gespräch beendet ist. Während der Modus "Mobiler Hotspot" eingeschaltet ist,
können Sie möglicherweise keine Nachrichten von Ihrem Smartphone senden. Nachrichten, die Sie senden, während sich
