6. Als u IBM® Lotus Notes® gebruikt, stelt u in het veld Tot de datum in waarop het afwezigheidsbericht moet worden uitgeschakeld.

Wilt u het absentiebericht uitschakelen, stel dan het veld Absentiebericht gebruiken in op Nee.
Het e-mailadres instellen voor het verzenden van berichten
Controleer of uw BlackBerry®-toestel is toegewezen aan meer dan één e-mailadres.
1. Klik in de toestelopties op Geavanceerde opties.
2. Klik op Berichtenservices.
3. Stel het veld Messaging (CMIME) (Berichten (CMIME)) in.
4. Druk op de menutoets.
5. Klik op Opslaan.
De disclaimer van een e-mailbericht verwijderen
Als uw BlackBerry®-toestel is gekoppeld aan een e-mailaccount dat gebruik maakt van BlackBerry Enterprise Server versie 4.0 of later,
BlackBerry Enterprise Server mogelijk een disclaimer toe aan e-mailberichten nadat u deze hebt verzonden. U kunt deze disclaimer niet
wijzigen.
1. Druk bij het opstellen van een e-mailbericht op de menutoets.
2. Klik op Disclaimer verwijderen.
Als u de disclaimer weer wilt toevoegen, drukt u op de menutoets. Klik op Disclaimer toevoegen.
Kleur gebruiken om zakelijke berichten van andere berichten te onderscheiden
Controleer of uw BlackBerry®-toestel is toegewezen aan een e-mailaccount die gebruikmaakt van BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
1. Klik in de toestelopties op Security Options (Beveiligingsopties).
2. Klik op General Settings (Algemene instellingen).
3. Voer een van de volgende acties uit:
• Als u een achtergrondkleur wilt gebruiken voor berichten die naar uw toestel worden verzonden met een BlackBerry
Enterprise Server, stelt u het veld Enterprise-berichten in.
• Als u een achtergrondkleur wilt gebruiken voor berichten die niet naar uw toestel worden verzonden met een BlackBerry
Enterprise Server, stelt u het veld Andere berichten in.
4. Druk op de menutoets.
5. Klik op Opslaan.
Opmerking: Het is mogelijk dat PIN-berichten de achtergrondkleur krijgen die u hebt ingesteld voor zakelijke e-mailberichten. Neem
voor meer informatie contact op met uw systeembeheerder.
