Certifique-se de

na flange interior
(a). Certifique-se
de que se

colocado.
Coloque a flange
exterior roscada
(b), certificando-
se de que se
encontra na
direcção correcta
para o tipo de
disco colocado.
Para discos de
rectificação,
a flange (b) é
colocada com a zona saliente virada para o disco.
Para discos de corte, a flange (b) é colocada com a
zona interior virada para longe do disco.
Mantenha a chave
de porcas nas
superfícies planas
do eixo para
evitar a rotação
do disco e aperte
a flange exterior
com a chave de
porcas fornecida.
KG72/KG90:
Pressione o botão
de bloqueio do
eixo e rode-o até
que se en-contre
bloqueado.
Mantenha o botão
de bloqueio
pressionado e
aperte a flange
exterior com a chave de porcas fornecida.
RETIRAR O RESGUARDO
Proceda da seguinte forma:
Desligue a ficha da tomada.
Retire o disco.
Retire a cavilha
de aperto e os
três parafusos de
retenção.
COLOCAÇÃO DE DISCOS ABRASIVOS
Certifique-se sempre de que a gama de rpm do
acessório excede as rpm do eixo da rebarbadora de
acabamento. Utilize um disco abrasivo com superfície
de suporte para lixas na rebarbadora de acabamento.
Desligue a tomada da corrente.
Retire o
resguardo.
Coloque a flange
no eixo. Coloque a
superfície de
suporte no eixo e
na flange interior,
certificando-se de
que se encontra
correctamente
colocada. Coloque
o disco de fibra
abrasiva na
superfície de
suporte. Coloque
a flange exterior
roscada e aperte-
a, como indicado
na secção
“Colocação dos
discos”.
CONSELHOS DE UTILIZAÇÃO
Segure bem a
rebarbadora de
acabamento com
uma mão em volta
do punho lateral e
a outra em volta
do corpo da
rebarbadora de
acabamento.
