boorhouder in
wijzerzin ongeveer
één slag draaien om
die los te maken.
Steek een
zeskantsleutel in de
boorhouder en span de klauwen aan. Geef met een
hamer een korte krachtige klap op de zeskantsleutel in
tegenwijzerzin zodat de boorhouder van de booras
loskomt. Verwijder de zeskantsleutel. Gebruik de
schroevedraaier om de borgschroef in wijzerzin te
draaien totdat die volledig los is van de booras. Neem de
boorhouder nu van de as door hem er in tegenwijzerzin
af te draaien. Om de boorhouder te monteren moet u
hem op de schroefdraad plaatsen en in wijzerzin draaien
tot hij stuit. Steek de borgschroef er vervolgens in en
draai die in tegenwijzerzin aan totdat hij volledig vastzit.
DE BOORHOUDER MET SLEUTEL VERWIJDEREN
Ga als volgt te werk:
Open de klauwen
van de boorkop met
de boorkopsleutel.
Hou de boorkop met
één hand en draai
met een
schroevedraaier in
de andere hand de
schroef los, die in de
boorkop zit.
Gebruik uitsluitend de juiste boorkopsleutel. Zet de
boorkopsleutel in de boorkop, en hou de boor stevig in
één hand met de boorkop weg van U. Draai de boorkop
zo dat de boorkopsleutel net boven de horizontale
positie aan de rechterhand van de machine zit. Geef
een tik op de boorkopsleutel zodat U gemakkelijk de
boorkop met de hand kan losdraaien.
MONTEREN VAN DE ZIJHANDGREEP
Ga als volgt te werk:
Om de zijhandgreep te bevestigen, de
bout in de klem en de moer in de
handgreep zetten. De handgreep en
klem losjes bevestigen. De zijhandgreep
op uw boormachine plaatsen. De hand-
greep rond uw boormachine draaien
tot deze in de gewenste positie staat.
De handgreep
vastzetten door
deze naar rechts
te draaien.
UW BOORMACHINE GEBRUIKSKLAAR MAKEN
Ga als volgt te werk:
Monteer de juiste
hulpstukken voor het
werk. Zo nodig de
diepte-aanslag
instellen. Het
toerental van de
boormachine
instellen. Op
boormachines met
twee snelheden de
dubbeltoerige
schakelaar op ‘1’ (laag toerental) of ‘2’ (hoog toerental)
zetten, of zet de bediening van het variabel toerental op
het gewenste toerental. Als algemene regel kan men
stellen dat met grote boren een laag toerental en met
kleinere boren een hoog toerental wordt gebruikt. Zet
de rotatieschakelaar
in de gewenste
rotatierichting.
Wijzig nooit de
instelling van de
klophamer-
schakelaar, de
snelheids-
schakelaar of de
rotatieschakelaar
terwijl de boormachine gebruikt wordt.
GEBRUIK VAN BOORMACHINE
De aan/
uitschakelaar
indrukken om uw
de boormachine
in werking te
stellen. Uw boor
stopt als de aan/
uitschakelaar
losgelaten wordt.
