De geldigheid van de garantie wordt bepaald door de geldende wet- en regelgeving van het land waarin het product wordt verhandeld (behoudens andere
aanwijzingen van de fabrikant).
Bij defecten aan het product als gevolg van de kwaliteit van het materiaal, vanwege constructiefouten of een ontbrekende conformiteit tijdens de

- niet inachtneming van de onderhoudsnormen voorzien in de specieke handleiding,
- reparaties uitgevoerd door niet geautoriseerde personen of centra,
- het gebruik van niet-originele vervangingsonderdelen of accessoires,
- schade veroorzaakt door het transport, door vreemde voorwerpen of substanties, door ongelukken,
- bergings- of opslagproblemen.
Voor de activering van de garantie moet een bewijs van aankoop worden getoond.
