1. Klik in de toestelopties op Beveiligingsopties.
2. Klik op Firewall.
3. Selecteer het vakje Contactpersonen uit het adresboek of het vakje Specifiek adres.
4. Druk op de menutoets.
5. Klik op Opslaan.

Controleer of u uw BlackBerry®-toestel hebt ingesteld op het ontvangen van berichten van contactpersonen in uw lijst met toegestane
afzenders.
1. Klik in de toestelopties op Beveiligingsopties.
2. Klik op Firewall.
3. Druk op de menutoets.
4. Klik op Uitzonderingen configureren.
5. Druk op de menutoets.
6. Klik op een van de volgende menu-items:
• E-mailadres toevoegen
• Telefoonnummer toevoegen
• PIN-code toevoegen
7. Typ de gegevens van de contactpersoon.
8. Druk op de Enter-toets.
9. Druk op de menutoets.
10. Klik op Opslaan.
Teller van geblokkeerde berichten resetten
1. Klik in de toestelopties op Beveiligingsopties.
2. Klik op Firewall.
3. Markeer een berichttype.
4. Druk op de menutoets.
5. Klik op Telling resetten of Alle tellingen resetten.
