Basisbeslag
250 g margarine of boter
ca. 200 g suiker
2 pakjes vanillesuiker
5 eieren
500 g meel
2 TL bakpoeder
350-400 ml melk
1. Klop de boter/margarine schuimig.
2. Voeg de suiker, de vanillesuiker en de eieren toe
en roer alles door elkaar.
3. Roer het meel en het bakpoeder erdoor.
4. Onder voortdurend roeren de melk beetje bij
beetje toevoegen.
5. Alles 2 - 3 minuten met de handmixer op hoogste
stand door elkaar mengen.
U kunt het basisbeslag direct gebruiken of naar
believen variëren.
Wafels met appel
250 g margarine of boter
75 g suiker
4 eieren
250 g meel
1 TL bakpoeder
125 ml lauwwarme melk
300 g appels
(geschild, in blokjes gesneden)
50 g geschaafde amandelen / noten
1. Klop de boter/margarine schuimig.
2. Voeg de suiker en de eieren toe en roer alles
door elkaar.
3. Roer het meel en het bakpoeder erdoor.
4. Onder voortdurend roeren de melk beetje bij
beetje toevoegen.
5. Als laatste spatelt u de amandelen/noten en de
blokjes appel erdoor.
6. Alles 2 - 3 minuten met de handmixer op hoogste
stand door elkaar mengen.
Wafels met ham
250 g meel
1/2 TL bakpoeder
70 g boter
400 ml melk of water
1/2 TL zout
1 ui
(in blokjes gesneden)
100 g ham
(in blokjes gesneden)
1. Klop de boter schuimig.
2. Roer het meel, zout en het bakpoeder erdoor.
3. Onder voortdurend roeren de melk beetje bij
beetje toevoegen.
4. Als laatste spatelt u de uien en de ham erdoor.
5. Alles 2 - 3 minuten met de handmixer op hoogste
stand door elkaar mengen.
