Recettes
Pâte de base
250 G margarine ou beurre
env. 200 g sucre
2 paquets sucre vanillé
5 œufs
500 g farine
2 c. à. c. levure chimique
350-400 ml lait
1. Faites tourner le beurre/la margarine en
mousse.
2. Ajoutez le sucre, le sucre vanillé et les œufs et
mélangez le tout.
3. Incorporez la farine et la levure chimique.
4. En remuant continuellement, ajoutez progressive-
ment le lait.
5. Mélangez tous les ingrédients pendant 2 à
3 minutes à intensité maximale avec le batteur
à main.
Vous pouvez soit directement utiliser la pâte de
base ou la varier selon vos préférences.
Gaufres aux pommes
250 g margarine ou beurre
75 g sucre
4 œufs
250 g farine
1 c à c levure chimique
125 ml lait tiède
300 g pommes
(pelées, coupées en dés.)
50 g amandes / noix moulues
1. Faites tourner le beurre/la margarine en
mousse.
2. Ajoutez le sucre et les œufs et mélangez le tout.
3. Incorporez la farine et la levure chimique.
4. En remuant continuellement, ajoutez progressive-
ment le lait.
5. En dernier lieu, incorporer les amandes/noix et
les dés de pommes.
6. Mélangez tous les ingrédients pendant 2 à
3 minutes à intensité maximale avec le batteur
à main.
Gaufres au jambon
250 g farine
1/2 c. à c. levure chimique
70 G beurre
400 ml lait ou eau
1/2 c. à c. sel
1 oignon
(coupé en dés)
100 g de jambon
(coupé en dés)
1. Faites tourner le beurre en mousse.
2. Incorporez la farine, le sel et la levure chimique.
3. En remuant continuellement, ajoutez progressive-
ment le lait.
4. En dernier, incorporez les oignons et le jambon.
5. Mélangez tous les ingrédients pendant 2 à
3 minutes à intensité maximale avec le batteur
à main.
