Muffins

Zutaten für vier Personen:

•1 Tasse Mehl

•Teelöffel Backpulver

•1 Ei

•1 Esslöffel geschmolzene Butter

•1 Tasse Milch

•3 Esslöffel Zucker

• Salz

•für verschiedene Varianten zusätzlich Nüsse, zerkleinerte Bananen oder Schokoflocken.

Zubereitung:

➩ Vermischen Sie in einer Schale Mehl, Backpulver, Ei, Milch, Salz und Zucker langsam

nacheinander.

➩ die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen und mit dem Teig verrühren.

➩ Je nach Geschmack mit Nüssen, Schokoflocken, zerdrückten Bananen oder anderen

Früchten mischen.

➩ In typische Muffin-Formen geben und bei 200 °C mit Oberhitze und Umluft etwa 15

Minuten backen.

Hawaiitoast

Zutaten für 4 Toast:

•4 Scheiben Toast

• 1–2 Esslöffel Remoulade

• 120 g gekochter Schinken

•1/2 Dose Ananas

•4 Scheiben Käse zum Überbacken

•Curry.
