hang over the attachments. Carelessness can lead to
serious injury!
· Never fix attachments with different functions to the
appliance at the same time.
· Caution!
The knife on the blending rod is sharp. Care must there-
fore be exercised at all times when handling the rod.
· The power cable must never come close to or in contact
with hot parts of the appliance or other sources of heat.
Never leave the mains lying on edges or corners.
· Warning:
A damaged power cable can lead to electric shocks!
Speeds settings
0 Device is switched off
1 Good starting speed for mixing “soft” ingredients,
such as flour, butter, etc.
2 Best speed for mixing liquid ingredients
3 Ideal speed for mixing cake and bread dough
4 For creaming butter, sugar, deserts and sweets, etc.
5 For beating white of egg, cake icing, for mashing
boiled potatoes, whipping cream, etc.
Turbo · Same speed as setting “5”
· This button puts the entire performance of your
appliance at your disposal immediately.

Use of the appliance
Use of beater blades and kneading hooks
Preparation
1. Clean the attachments (, , ) and the mixing bowl
before the first use.
2. Slide the beater blades or kneading hooks into the
appliance until they are secure and you hear a distinct
locking sound.
Always insert the kneading hook with the cogwheel into
the intended opening in the Handmixer (indicated with
a cogwheel).
3. Unlock the mixer support by pressing the support
release button and fold the support upward (Fig. ).
4. Remove the mixing bowl and fill with ingredients
according to the quantities required (Fig. ).
5. Replace the mixing bowl onto the appliance stand .
6. Press the support release button and fold the support
down.
7. Place the Handmixer onto the support .
8. Connect the plug to the mains.
Kneading / beater blades
1. To start the mixer, turn the speed control
to the right.
You can choose from between 5 speed settings or the
turbo button (see Chapter “Speed settings”).
2. During the mixing operation, flour sometimes gets stuck
to the mixing bowl. If this happens, always turn off the
appliance immediately. Use the enclosed scraper to
