Kokos-Himbeer-Eis
Sie benötigen:
200 g gefrorene Himbeeren
100 g Cashewkerne
100 - 200 ml feste Kokosmilch
Zubereitung
Geben Sie alle Zutaten in den
Mixbehälter und starten Sie das
„Sauce“-Programm. Sie können
anschließend noch Stevia oder etwas
Agavendicksaft hinzugeben, falls Ihnen
das „Eis“ nicht süß genug schmeckt.

Pistazieneis
Sie benötigen:
3 kleine Bananen
1 Avocado
50 g geschälte grüne Pistazien
3 getrocknete Datteln
½ Vanilleschote
2 EL Cashewmus
50 ml kalte Nussmilch
1 EL Kürbiskernöl
Zubereitung
Die Bananen schälen, die Avocado
entkernen und schälen. Diese frieren
Sie in kleinen Stücken ein.
Die restlichen Zutaten mit den
eingefrorenen Bananen und Avocados
in den Mixbehälter geben und das
Programm „Sauce“ starten. Fertig.

Schokoeis
Sie benötigen:
3 Bananen
6 getrocknete entsteinte Datteln
3 EL Walnusskerne
2 EL Kakaopulver
100 ml Nussmilch
2 EL Mandelmus
3 EL gehackte Mandeln
Zubereitung
Bananen schälen und in kleinen
Stücken einfrieren. Die Mandeln im
„Nuts“ Programm grob hacken und in
eine Schale umfüllen.
Nun die gefrorenen Bananenstücke
und die restlichen Zutaten in den
Mixbehälter geben und das Programm
„Sauce“ starten.
Das cremige Eis mit den gehackten
Mandel unterziehen.
