Rezepte zum Ausprobieren - Aprikosenpudding, Zitronencreme und Nusspudding
Aprikosenpudding
Sie benötigen:
400 g Aprikosen (entkernt)
1 große Banane
50 ml Panzenmilch
3 EL Rohrzucker
1 EL frischer Zitronensaft
1 TL Johannisbrotkernmehl
2 EL Mandelblättchen
2 Blätter Zitronenmelisse
Zubereitung
Bananen schälen und die Aprikosen
halbieren.
Banane, Aprikosen, Panzenmilch,
Zucker und den Zitronensaft in den
Mixbehälter geben
und das Mahl-Programm starten.
Johannisbrotkernmehl hinzufügen und
mit der Pulse-Taste kurz untermischen.
Den Pudding im Kühlschrank gut
durchkühlen lassen. Vor dem Servieren
mit den Mandelblättchen und der
Zitronenmelisse garnieren.

Zitronencreme
Sie benötigen:
250 g Cashewkerne
1 TL Abrieb von einer Zitrone
Saft von einer Zitrone
100 ml frisches Wasser
5 EL Agavendicksaft
Zubereitung
Alle Zutaten in den Mixbehälter geben
und das Saucen-Programm starten.
Die Zitronencreme vor dem Servieren
im Kühlschrank gut auskühlen lassen.

Nusspudding
Sie benötigen:
100 g Walnusskerne
100 g Haselnusskerne
100 g Mandeln
2 große Bananen
300 ml Nussmilch
4 EL Rohrzucker
1 Prise Meersalz
2 TL gemahlener Zimt
etwas gemahlene Bourbonvanille
Zubereitung
Die Nüsse vor der Zubereitung
12 Stunden in frischem Wasser
einweichen lassen. (Das verwendete
Wasser bitte nicht verwenden). Die
Mandeln und Nüsse in den Mixbehälter
geben und mit dem Mahl-Programm
zerkleinern lassen.
Die Bananen schälen und zusammen
mit den anderen Zutaten dem
Nussmehl hinzugeben.
Nun starten Sie das Sauce-Programm
damit die Zutaten vermengt werden.
Den fertigen Nusspudding füllen Sie
in eine Schüssel. Den Pudding im
Kühlschrank gut durchkühlen lassen.
