er geoefend wordt bij de minimale
instellingen voor frequentie en
amplitude. De rusttijden tussen de
sets moeten minstens gelijk zijn aan
de oefeningstijden (dat wil zeggen 30
seconden oefenen, 30 seconden rust).
Trillingsinstellingen van 40-45 Hz zijn
het meest geschikt voor personen die
meer wegen dan 90 kg, en hoge
amplitude-instellingen voor zeer fitte
personen.
2- MANUELE STAND.-
Gebruik de toetsen “Omhoog of
“Omlaag om de instelling
“MANUEEL” uit het hoofdmenu te
selecteren. Druk op ENTER om de
instelling te bevestigen.
Er zal een nieuw scherm verschijnen
met 4 opties: STRENGTH (KRACHT),
MASSAGE, STRETCHING
(STRETCHEN) en OLDER PEOPLE
(OUDERE MENSEN).
Gebruik de pijlen “omhoog of
“omlaag om de gewenste optie te
selecteren en druk dan op “ENTER”.
