D. COUNT FUNCTION
(stroke
count).-
This function shows the total number
of strokes between 1 and 999.
Pressing the START/STOP key for more
than two seconds will reset all of the
values
.
1. Press any key to switch the monitor
on.
2. By pressing the MODE key the
small COUNT window (total number of
strokes) will start flashing.
3. Select the strokes by pressing the
keys.
4. Begin the exercise and the number
of strokes will start to count down.
When the countdown reaches zero it
will beep for 8 seconds to indicate that
the selected number has been
completed. The number of strokes will
now start to count upwards.
By using this function you can also
gauge the approximate distance you
have travelled while doing the
exercise.
Taking a light rowing boat as an
example, the simulated distance
rowed is between 8 to 12 m,
depending on the power and length of
the stroke.
E. CALORIE FUNCTION.-
This function counts up or down in
steps of one calorie, up to a maximum
of 999 calories.
Pressing the START/STOP key for
more than two seconds will reset all of
the values.
1. Press any key to switch the monitor
on.
2. Press the MODE key to start the
small CAL (CALORIE) window
flashing.
3. Press the keys to select the
calories.
4. Begin the exercise and the calorie
value will begin the countdown, when
it reaches zero it will beep for 8
seconds, advising you that the
selected calorie value has been
reached, the calorie value will then
start counting upward.
MANUAL FUNCTION.-
Press the START/STOP key to switch
the monitor on, the words PROGRAM
1 will appear on the screen.
Use the ▲▼ keys to increase or
decrease the exertion level, there are
8 exertion levels.
PROGRAM FUNCTION
P1 – P5.-
Press the START/STOP key to switch
the monitor on, the words PROGRAM
1 will appear on the screen. Use the
▲▼ keys to select the program graph
(1–5) that you wish to use for your
exercise.
