Para aumentar o disminuir la resistencia del
pedaleo en el ejercicio, pulse la tecla
para
aumentar la resistencia (8 niveles de frenado), y
para disminuir la resistencia.
Pulsando la tecla
, durante 4 segundos aproxi-
madamente todos los valores del monitor pasan
al valor cero.
MODO PROGRAMAS
Seleccione con la tecla (PROGRAM), la grá ca de
los programas P-2; P-3; P-4; P-5; P-6.
Cada grá ca consta de 8 niveles de resistencia y
un tiempo de duración de 10 minutos, transcurri-
dos estos vuelve a comenzar de nuevo. Una vez
seleccionada la grá ca, usted puede aumentar
la cresta máxima del nivel, hasta el máximo 8,

MODO RITMO CARDIACO CONSTANTE
Este programa le permite seleccionar un ritmo
cardiaco máximo, entre el 50% y el 95%, que
la unidad ira ajustando la resistencia de frenada
para mantener en todo momento el ritmo cardia-
co al nivel que se haya seleccionado.
Se aconseja no rebasar mas del 85% del nivel
máximo cardiaco
, lo ideal es estar entre los va-
lores del 65% al 85% del ritmo cardiaco máximo.
Una sencilla formula para calcular el ritmo cardiaco
máximo es: a la cifra 220, restar la edad en años.
