ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-

Take the unit out of the box and place

it on the floor as shown in Fig.1.

The assistance of a second person

is advisable for the assembly work.

Make sure that all of the pieces are

there:

(1) Main structure; (4L) Side bar (left);

(4R) Side bar (right); (7) Transverse

bar; (13) Allen screw M-8x45; (14)

Allen screw M-8x15; (15) Self-tapping

screw ST4x20; (26) Monitor; (28)

Safety key; (124) Allen key; (127)

Bottle of lubricant.

Follow the instructions step by step to

assemble:

FITTING THE SIDE RAILS.-

1 First, take the right-hand side bar

(4R) and connect terminal (61) coming

out of the main body (1) to terminal

(103) coming out of the bottom part of

the side bar (4R) Fig.2.

Then, insert the side bar in the

direction of the arrow, in the bottom

right-hand support of the main body

(1) and fix the front with screws (14)

and the side with screws (13).

2 Next, take the left-hand side bar (4L)

and insert the side bar in the direction

of the arrow, in the bottom left-hand

support of the main body (1) and fix

the front with screws (14) and the side

with screws (13).

3 At least two people are needed for this

step. When fitting the side bars, one

person should hold the side bar while

the other one fits the screws (14) and

(13). This will prevent any possible

accidents.

4.- FITTING THE TRANSVERSE

BAR OF SIDE BARS.-

Place the transverse bar (7) in the

upper part of the right-hand bar (4R)

Insert the transverse bar in the hole

and secure it using screw (15).

Next, insert the bar in the hole of the

left-hand side bar (4L) and secure it

using screw (15) Fig.3.

5.- FITTING THE MONITOR:

Connect the control cable terminal (H)

Fig.4, coming out of the monitor, to the

control cable (20), sticking up from the

right-hand side bar (4L), connect the

terminals for the feedback cables (C-

F) coming out of the monitor to the

cable (103-21) sticking up out of the

handlebar stem, Fig.4, and insert

screws (24), making sure not to pinch

the cables, and screw in until hand tight.

ATTENTION: Cylinder (54) Fig.5 is

factory set to high pressure so it must

not be knocked. If it is knocked this

may damage it and impair the

operation of the treadmill.

FOLDING YOUR UNIT.-

This treadmill is equipped with a

folding mechanism for storage

purposes. To use it, stop the treadmill,

lower the elevation level to minimum,

unplug the mains cable and lift the unit

until you hear lever (O) click into

place, Fig.6. Store your unit in a dry

place, preferably not subject to

changes in temperature.
