14. Gwarancja/serwis

Firma Beurer GmbH, Söflinger Straße 218, D-89077 Ulm (zwana dalej

„Beurer”) udziela gwarancji na ten produkt na następujących warunkach

iwponiżej opisanym zakresie.

Poniższe warunki gwarancji nie naruszają ustawowych zobowiązań

gwarancyjnych sprzedającego wynikających zumowy kupna zawar-

tej zkupującym.

Gwarancja obowiązuje również wsposób nienaruszający bezwzględ-

nie obowiązujących przepisów dot. odpowiedzialności.

Firma Beurer gwarantuje bezawaryjne działanie oraz kompletność niniej-

szego produktu.

Obowiązujący na całym świecie okres gwarancji obejmuje 3 lata/lat, licząc

od zakupu nowego, nieużywanego produktu przez kupującego.

Niniejsza gwarancja dotyczy tylko produktów nabytych przez kupującego

jako konsumenta wyłącznie wcelach prywatnych wramach użytku domo-

wego.

Obowiązuje niemieckie prawo.

Jeśli wokresie obowiązywania gwarancji produkt zostanie uznany za nie-

kompletny lub wadliwy wdziałaniu zgodnie zponiższymi postanowienia-

mi, firma Beurer bezpłatnie wymieni go lub naprawi zgodnie zniniejszymi

warunkami gwarancji.

Jeśli kupujący chce zgłosić reklamację gwarancyjną, najpierw kon-

taktuje się zlokalnym dealerem: patrz załączona lista „Service Inter-

national” zadresami serwisowymi.
