3.2 Measuring weight

Place the scale on a firm, flat surface (not on carpet); a firm floor covering is a

basic requirement for correct weight measurement.

Stand still on the scale with your weight distributed evenly between both legs.

„0.0“ appears in the display (Fig. 1). The scale immediately begins to measure

your weight. After the display flashes twice, the final measurement result ap-

pears on the display (Fig. 2). The scale switches off approx. 10 seconds after

you step down from it. The measuring result remains visible during this time.

If the scale detects an error during weighing, „ - - - -“ appears in the display

(Fig. 3).

Note: When using for the first time or if the location of the scale has been changed, tap the

standing surface of the scale without standing on the scale. After the display switches off the normal

measurement can be carried out.

jeun et nu(e) afin d’obtenir des résultats comparables.

Attention – Pour votre sécurité

– Attention, ne montez pas sur la balance les pieds mouillés et ne posez pas les pieds sur le plateau

de pesée s’il est humide – vous pourriez glisser!

– N’exposez pas la balance aux coups, à l’humidité, à la poussière, aux produits chimiques, aux

fortes variations de température; éloignez-la des sources de chaleur (fourneaux, radiateurs de

chauffage).


