b. Ważenie i obliczanie wskaźnika BMI
•
Za pomocą przycisków wybierz miejsce w pamięci danego użytkownika wraz zapi-
sanymi ustawieniami.
•
Odczekaj, aż na wyświetlaczu pojawi się ponownie wartość „
0.0
kg“. Teraz wejdź na
wagę w celu dokonania pomiaru masy ciała. Podczas ważenia nie ruszaj się.
Zostaną wyświetlone waga z trendem, średnia waga oraz wskaźnik BMI z interpretacją
(Rys. 3).
Po upływie ok. 15 sekund nastąpi automatyczne wyłączenie wagi.
Wyświetlanie zapisanych wyników pomiaru
W przypadku pomiaru z obliczeniem wskaźnika BMI istnieje możliwość wyświetlenia ostatnich 5 wyni-
ków pomiarów.
•
Po obliczeniu wskaźnika BMI przechodź pomiędzy kolejnymi miejscami w pamięci wyników za pomo-
cą przycisku . U góry: aktualna waga; po środku: ostatnia waga; na dole: miejsce w pamięci.
Jeśli w pamięci nie zostały zapisane wartości, średnia wartość nie jest wyświetlana.

Po ponownym naciśnięciu przycisku zostanie wyświetlona aktualna waga, średnia waga oraz
wskaźnik BMI.
6. Ocena wyników
Wskaźnik masy ciała BMI
Wskaźnik masy ciała (BMI) to wartość, która często jest wykorzystywana do oceny masy ciała. Wiel-
kość ta jest obliczana na podstawie masy ciała i wzrostu. Oblicza się ją według następującego wzoru:
wskaźnik masy ciała (BMI) = masa ciała: wzrost². Jednostką BMI jest zatem [kg/m²].
