Rondes opnemen

Terwijl de opname van de totale training loopt, kunt u aparte rondes

opnemen. Wanneer u de rondes opneemt, loopt de rijd gewoon

door. Druk in de stopwatchmodus op de knop LAP. Gedurende

5 seconden worden de tijd en het nummer van de laatst opgenomen

ronde weergegeven, bijvoorbeeld

LAP 01. Het nummer van de ron-

de knippert. Na 5 seconden worden automatisch de gegevens van

de volgende ronde en het bijbehorende nummer weergegeven, bij-

voorbeeld

LAP 02.

Indien nodig kunt u tot aan 25 rondes per training opnemen.

Alle opnames wissen

Voordat u de training wist, raden wij u aan de opgenomen trainings-

gegevens te benutten! Houd in de trainingsmodus de knop

ST/STP/RESET 3 seconden ingedrukt om de stopwatch op 0 te

zetten en alle opgeslagen trainingsgegevens te wissen. In de bo-

venste regel wordt vervolgens '000000' voor de trainingstijd weerge-

geven.

Trainingsgegevens tonen

In de bovenste regel van het display kunt u in de trainingsmodus

met de knop LIGHT de onderstaande resultaten van de training

weergeven:

 Maximale hartslag en gemiddelde hartslag

 Trainingsperiode

 Trainingsperiode waarin de hartslag onder de ingestelde onder-

grens voor de trainingshartslag lag

 Trainingsperiode waarin de hartslag binnen de ingestelde trai-

ningshartslagzone lag

 Trainingsperiode waarin de hartslag boven de ingestelde boven-

grens voor de trainingshartslag lag

 Verbruikte kilocalorieën (kC) in kilocalorie [kcal]

 Vetverbranding (G) in gram [g]

 Tijd
