Jeśli w okresie obowiązywania gwarancji produkt zostanie uznany za niekom

pletny lub wadliwy w działaniu zgodnie z poniższymi postanowieniami, firma

Beurer bezpłatnie wymieni go lub naprawi zgodnie z niniejszymi warunkami

gwarancji.

Jeśli kupujący chce zgłosić reklamację gwarancyjną, najpierw kontaktuje

się z lokalnym dealerem: patrz załączona lista „Service International” z ad

resami serwisowymi.

Następnie kupujący otrzymuje dalsze informacje dot. rozpatrywania reklamacji

gwarancyjnej, np. gdzie wysłać produkt i jakie dokumenty są wymagane.

Roszczenie z tytułu gwarancji będzie rozpatrywane tylko wtedy, gdy kupujący

może przedłożyć

– kopię faktury/paragon zakupu oraz

– oryginalny produkt

firmie Beurer lub autoryzowanemu partnerowi firmy Beurer.

Niniejsza gwarancja wyraźnie nie obejmuje:

– zużycia wynikającego z normalnego użytkowania lub zużywania się produktu;

– dostarczanych z tym produktem akcesoriów, które zużywają się lub ulegają

zużyciu podczas prawidłowego użytkowania (np. baterii, akumulatorów,

mankietów, uszczelek, elektrod, źródeł światła, nakładek i akcesoriów inha

latora);

– produktów, które były używane, czyszczone, przechowywane lub konser

wowane w niewłaściwy sposób i/lub niezgodnie z treścią instrukcji obsługi,

a także produktów, które zostały otwarte, naprawione lub zmodyfikowane

przez kupującego lub centrum serwisowe nieautoryzowane przez firmę

Beurer;
