5. Popis prístroja

Shiatsu masážny vankúš (predná strana)

1 Štyri masážne hlavice, rotujúce v pároch

gombík, 3-stupňový

a) zapnutie masážnej funkcie

b) pripojenie svetla a tepla

c) vypnutie prístroja

3 Sieťová zástrčka

6. Uvedenie do prevádzky

Odstráňte obal.

Skontrolujte prípadné poškodenia prístroja, sieťovej zástrčky a kábla.

Prístroj sa môže voliteľne použiť s poťahom a bez poťahu.

Pripojte prístroj na elektrickú sieť.

Kábel položte tak, aby ste sa na ňom nepotkli.

7. Obsluha

Časť tela, ktorú chcete masírovať, pritlačte spočiatku len opatrne na masážny prístroj. Potom opatrne skon-

trolujte, či je pre vás masážna poloha príjemná a následne presuňte hmotnosť smerom k masážnemu prí-

stroju.

Masáž by mala byť vždy pociťovaná ako príjemná a uvoľňujúca. Prerušte masáž alebo zmeňte svoju polohu

alebo prítlak, ak je masáž bolestivá alebo nepríjemná.

Nedávajte ani nepricvikujte žiadnu časť vášho tela, hlavne chodidlá, ruky a prsty, medzi rotujúce masážne

hlavice a ich držiaky v prístroji.

Masážny prístroj zapnite

gombíkom. Na pripojenie svetla a tepla stlačte

gombík druhýkrát. Aby ste

prístroj vypli, stlačte

gombík znova.

Komfortné používanie dosiahnete tak, že použijete prístroj s pripojeným poťahom.

Masážny prístroj používajte maximálne 15 minút. Pri dlhšom čase masáže môže nadmerná

stimulácia svalov spôsobiť namiesto uvoľnenia svalov svalové napätie.
