Ota laite pakkauksesta.

Tarkista laite, verkkopistoke ja johto vaurioiden varalta.

Laitetta voidaan käyttää valinnaisesti päällysteen kanssa tai ilman.

Liitä laite sähkövirtaan.

Vedä johto niin, että siihen ei voi kompastua.
7. Käyttö
Paina hierottavaa kehoaluetta alussa vain varovasti hierontalaitetta vasten. Tarkista sitten varovasti, onko
hieronta-asento miellyttävä. Siirrä painoa sitten vähä kerrallaan yhä enemmän hierontalaitetta kohti.
Hieronnan tulisi aina tuntua miellyttävältä ja rentouttavalta. Keskeytä hieronta tai muuta asentoasi tai hieron-
tapainetta, jos hieronta tuntuu kivuliaalta tai epämiellyttävältä.

Älä päästä ruumiinosia, erityisesti jalkoja, käsiä ja sormia, puristuksiin pyörivien hierontapäiden ja niiden
laitteessa olevien kiinnikkeiden väliin.

Käynnistä hierontalaite päälle -painikkeella. Käynnistä valo ja lämpö painamalla toistamiseen -painiketta.
Sammuta laite painamalla -painiketta uudelleen.

Hierontapään käyttäminen on miellyttävämpää, kun käytät sitä mukana toimitetun päällysteen
kanssa.
t
Käytä hierontalaitetta enintään 15 minuuttia. Pidempiaikainen hieronta voi johtaa lihasten liialli-
seen stimulointiin ja siten jännitykseen rentoutumisen sijasta.
