1. Introduzione
L’aria degli ambienti ècomposta da una miscela di gas econtiene sempre una certa quantità di acqua (sotto
forma di vapore) che determina il livello di umidità dell’ambiente. Più la temperatura ambiente èelevata,
maggiore èl’umidità che l’aria può raccogliere nell’ambiente. Quando la temperatura ambiente diminuisce,
l’aria rilascia l’umidità nell’ambiente. Si forma acqua di condensa che si deposita ad esempio sulle pareti
osulle finestre epuò comportare conseguenze indesiderate come muffa, putredine, corrosione oaltri danni
da umidità.
Per evitare tali inconvenienti, il deumidificatore estrae l’umidità dall’aria dell’ambiente, in modo che non si
formi acqua di condensa sulle pareti esulle finestre.
