General advice
•
Cleaning: You can clean the scale with a damp
cloth and a little washing up liquid, if required.
Never immerse the scale in water or rinse it
under running water.
•
Protect the scale against knocks, damp, dust,
chemicals, drastic changes in temperature, elec-
tromagnetic fields and sources of heat that are
too near.
•
Never step onto the outer edge of the scale with
one foot as this could cause the scales to tip!
•
Keep packaging material away from children!
•
Not intended for commercial use.
•
Should you have any questions regarding opera-
tion and usage of our appliances, please contact
your local retailers or Customer Service.
•
Before making a claim, please check the batter-
ies and replace them if necessary.
•
Repairs must only be carried out by Customer
Services or authorised suppliers.
•
Spent batteries and rechargeable batteries do
not constitute normal household waste! They
are considered to be toxic waste and, as such,
should be disposed of in special containers, toxic
waste collection points or brought to electrical
goods dealers.
You are legally obliged to dispose of the batteries
.
•
Note: Batteries containing pollutant
substances are marked as follows:
Pb= Battery contains lead,
Cd = Battery contains cadmium,
Hg = Battery contains mercury.
•
Follow local regulations regarding
the disposal of materials. The appliance
should be disposed of according to
Regulation 2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment). In case of
queries, contact the municipal authorities
responsible for waste disposal in your area.

balance : danger de basculement !

nos appareils, adressez-vous à votre revendeur
ou au service après-vente de.

Avant toute réclamation, vérifiez l’état des batte-
ries et changez-les le cas échéant.

Seul le service client ou un opérateur autorisé
peut procéder à une réparation.
•
Les piles et les accus usagés et complètement
déchargés doivent être mis au rebut dans des
conteneurs spéciaux ou aux points de collecte
réservés à cet usage, ou bien déposés chez un
revendeur d’appareils électro-ménagers. La loi
vous oblige d’eliminer les piles.

Remarque: Vous trouverez les sym-
boles suivants sur les piles conte-
nant des substances toxiques:
Pb = pile contenant du plomb,
Cd-= pile contenant du cadmium,
Hg = pile contenant du mercure.

Lors de l’élimination des matériaux,
respectez les prescriptions locales. Pour
éliminer l’appareil, conformez-vous à la
directive sur les appareils électriques et électroni-
ques 2002/96/CE – DEEE (Déchets des équipe-

question, adressez-vous aux collectivités locales
responsables de l’élimination de ces déchets.
