– Как только Вы найдете горизонтальное положение, сигнал прекратится.
Оставайтесь в этом положении примерно 5 секунд. (рис. 5)
– Весы подадут сигнал, это означает, что рост определен (рис. 6).
Измерение закончено, Вы можете выйти из-под ростомера.
– Весы попеременно покажут Ваш вес с индексом массы тела и рост.
Указание: Индекс массы тела можно вычислить лишь в том случае, если рост был
определен правильно.
– Стреловидный график в правой части дисплея и цветная шкала на приборе указывают,
в какой категории находится вычисленное значение индекса массы тела.
– Теперь можно сойти с весов. Весы отключатся в течение 10 сек.

Указание:
– Сигнал ростомера автоматически отключается через 30 сек.
– Кроме того, сигнал не издается, если ростомер находится в горизонтальном положении.
– Измерение роста зависит от температуры. Для получения точных результатов
используйте весы и ростомер при 20-30 градусах по Цельсию
в комнатных условиях.
– При первой эксплуатации или в случае, если местоположение весов было изменено,
сначала резко нажмите на платформу весов, не вставая на них. После отключения
индикации на дисплее можно проводить измерения в нормальном режиме.
4. Оценка результатов
Индекс массы тела (BMI) - это распространенный метод, который используется при оценке
массы тела человека. В данном случае вес ставится в зависимость от роста. Формула такова:
