1. Falls der Patient folgende Symptome aufweist, können eventuell keine korrekten Werte erzielt

werden:

•

Akute Dehydration

•

Akute Hypotonie (niedriger Blutdruck)

•

Schock

•

Hyperosmolarer hypoglykämischer Zustand (mit oder ohne Ketose)

2. Lipämische Proben: Cholesterinspiegel bis zu 12,9 mmol/L und Triglyceridwerte bis zu 35,1

mmol/L beeinﬂussen die Ergebnisse nicht. Schwer lipämische Blutproben wurden mit dem Beurer

GL43-Blutzuckermesssystem nicht getestet, daher wird eine Anwendung des Geräts mit diesen

Proben nicht empfohlen.

3. Bei schwerkranken Patienten sollten Blutzuckermessgeräte für den Heimgebrauch nicht zum

Einsatz kommen.

4. Der Einﬂuss von Störsubstanzen auf die Messergebnisse ist von der jeweiligen Konzentration im

Blut abhängig. Die untenstehenden Maximalkonzentrationen bestimmter Substanzen beeinﬂus-

sen die Messwerte nicht wesentlich.
