11 limites d’utilisation pour les spécialistes du secteur de

1. Dans le cas où le patient présente les symptômes suivants, les valeurs pourraient éventuellement
être incorrectes:
•
forte déshydratation
•
forte hypotonie (faible pression artérielle)
•
choc
•
état hypoglycémique hyperosmolaire (avec ou sans cétose)
2. Échantillons lipidémiques: Les résultats ne sont pas influencés si le taux de cholestérol ne dé-
passe pas 500mg/dL et la valeur de triglycéride 1 000mg/dL. Des échantillons sanguins fortement
lipidémiques ne sont pas testés avec le système de mesure de glycémie sanguine GL44 Beurer,
l’utilisation de l’appareil n’est donc pas recommandée pour ces échantillons.
3. Les lecteurs de glycémie sanguine ne doivent pas être utilisés à domicile chez les patients atteints
d’une maladie grave.
4. L’influence de substances interférentes sur les résultats de mesure dépend de la concentration
correspondante dans le sang. Les concentrations maximales ci-dessous des substances déter-
minées n’influencent pas considérablement les valeurs mesurées.
