6. Cleaning and maintenance
IMPORTANT
Before cleaning, always remove the mains part from the socket first.
Otherwise, there is a risk of damage.
Small marks on the foot warmer can be removed with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with a little liquid
detergent for delicate laundry.
IMPORTANT
Please note that the foot warmer must not be washed, chemically cleaned, wrung out, tumble dried,
put through a mangle or ironed. Failure to observe this may result in damage to the foot warmer.
The removable lining is machine washable at 30°.
Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure it out according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
IMPORTANT
Only use the foot warmer again once the foot warmer and lining have fully dried. Otherwise, there
is a risk of damage.
7. Storage
If you do not plan to use the foot warmer for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in the
original packaging.

lease allow the foot warmer to cool down before storing. Failure to observe this may result in damage
to the foot warmer. To avoid damaging the foot warmer, do not place any objects on top of it whilst
storing.
8. Disposal
Dispose of the device in accordance with EC Directive – WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment). If you have any questions, please contact the local authorities responsible for waste
disposal.
9. What if there are problems?
Problem Cause Solution
The foot warmer does not warm up or the massage
function cannot be activated while:
– the mains part is connected to a working socket.
the mains part cable is connected to the connector
socket on the foot warmer.
– both functions (heat + massage) are switched on.
The foot warmer is
faulty.
Send the foot
warmer for servicing.
