Obowiązują następujące warunki gwarancji:

1. Okres gwarancji na produkty ﬁrmy BEURER wynosi 3 lata / 5 lat lub, jeśli jest dłuższy, obo-

wiązuje w danym kraju od daty zakupu.

W przypadku roszczeń z tytułu gwarancji konieczne jest potwierdzenie daty zakupu

przez okazanie dowodu zakupu lub faktury.

2. Naprawy (całego urządzenia lub jego części) nie przedłużają okresu gwarancyjnego.

3. Gwarancja nie obowiązuje w przypadku uszkodzeń powstałych w następujących oko-

licznościach:

a. Z powodu niewłaściwego użytkowania, np. nieprzestrzegania instrukcji obsługi.

b. W wyniku napraw lub modyﬁkacji wykonanych przez klienta lub osoby nieupoważ-

nione.

c. Podczas transportu od producenta do klienta lub podczas transportu do Service-

center.

d. Ponadto nie obejmuje akcesoriów dostarczonych z urządzeniem, które ulegają re-

gularnemu zużyciu.

4. Odpowiedzialność za szkody bezpośrednio lub pośrednio spowodowane przez urzą-

dzenie jest wykluczona także wtedy, gdy w przypadku jego uszkodzenia uznane zo-

stanie roszczenie z tytułu gwarancji.
