1. O masáži Shiatsu

Shiatsu je formou tělesné masáže, která byla vyvinuta před přibližně 100 lety v Japonsku, a vychází z představ tra-

diční čínské medicíny. Základem je systém drah (systém meridiánů), po kterých proudí energie v lidském těle.

Cílem masáže Shiatsu je povzbudit psychickou, emocionální a duševní pohodu ošetřované osoby. Za tímto účelem

je třeba uvolnit energetické blokády a hromadění v energetických drahách a stimulovat samoregulační síly těla.

Terapeut Shiatsu toho dosáhne vyvíjením postupně se pohybujícího tlaku podél energetických drah (meridiánů).

Ačkoli Shiatsu znamená v doslovném překladu „tlak prstů“, při masáži se používají kromě prstů i dlaně, lokty a

kolena. Terapeut při masáži používá celou svou tělesnou hmotnost, aby vyvinul potřebný tlak.

2. Seznámení

Ve Vašem masážním přístroji Shiatsu se nacházejí rotující masážní hlavy, které napodobují tlakové a hnětací

pohyby masáže Shiatsu.

Uvolněte sebe a své nohy při použití tohoto přístroje pro masáž nohou.
