Upoštevajte cikel treningov
Vsak trening sestoji iz treh faz:
faze ogrevanja (30 Hz), ki traja dve minuti in v kateri se mišice pripravijo na trening
faze treninga (odvisno od programa treninga v različni frekvenci),
faze sprostitve (30 Hz), ki traja dve minuti in v kateri se mišice lahko spet sprostijo

Nastavitev stopnje intenzivnosti
Napotek: Intenzivnost lahko nastavite samo, če sta elektrodi v stiku s kožo.
Na začetku vsakega treninga morate nastaviti stopnjo intenzivnosti. Za povečanje intenzivnosti
pritisnite izbirno tipko

in za zmanjšanje intenzivnosti izbirno tipko
.
Odvisno od intenzivnosti boste najprej čutili gomazenje in kasneje krčenje mišic. Intenzivnost nasta-
vite samo tako visoko, da se boste še prijetno počutili.
Ustavitev premočnih impulzov
Intenzivnost lahko kadar koli zmanjšate ali s pritiskom na tipko za vklop/izklop (~ 2 sekundi) napravo
izklopite. Če pas potegnete s trebuha, tako da je stik med kožo in elektrodama prekinjen, se stopnja
intenzivnosti avtomatsko vrne na nič. Pri ponovnem stiku s kožo ni več napetosti.
Preprečitev neželenih sprememb impulzov
Da bi preprečili nenamerno povečanje intenzivnosti med treningom, enostavno vklopite zaporo tipk.
To storite tako, da ca. 3 sekunde držite pritisnjeno tipko za izbiro programa. Zadoni zvočni signal in
na zaslonu se prikaže simbol za ključ “
”. Za odklep zapore tipk ponovno pritisnite isto tipko.
Odziv na neprijetne občutke
Če na koži čutite zbadanje ali vas srbi in tudi če namesto krčenja mišic čutite samo gomazenje,
napravo izklopite in postopajte takole:
Preverite, ali je vse v redu z elektrodama in ali sta elektrodi pokvarjeni.
Preverite, ali je okrogel pokrov še vedno nad priključki elektrod.
Snemite pas in ga še enkrat celega navlažite.
Ko ga ponovno nameščate, pazite, da ima dober stik s kožo in je dobro navlažen.
Odmor med treningom
Če med določenim programom treninga želite narediti odmor, za kratek čas pritisnite tipko za
odmor. Zadoni zvočni signal in na zaslonu se prikaže znak za odmor „II“. Če ponovno pritisnete isto
tipko, lahko s programom treninga nadaljujete.
