3. Initial use
3.1 Inserting the battery
1. Open the battery compartment lid by
sliding the battery compartment lid
upwards [1].
2. Insert the 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Make
sure that the batteries
are inserted correctly [2].

Carefully close the battery compartment lid.
3.2 Attaching the gel film
1. Carefully remove the blue protective
film [3].
2. Carefully attach the gel film to the glute
toning device and detach
the protective film [4]. Ensure that the
edge of the gel film does not protrude
over the glute toning device. Gel film that
has been applied slightly askew will not
affect the function.
WARNING!
•
Make sure that you attach the gel film to the device on
the side where the blue protective film was, otherwise
the skin could become irritated.
3.3 Usage
•
Place the glute toning device on the part
of the body to be treated.
1. Press and hold down the
on/off
button [A]
for 1.5 seconds until the
device switches on. You
will hear a beep.
2. Use the +/- buttons to
increase [B] or reduce [C]
the intensity.
3. The automatic switch-off activates after 20 minutes
For optimal results we recommend a 4-week training plan.
Please note the following points:
1. 1-2 days rest each week.
2. Note down the highest intensity level reached after
each session and gradually increase this from time to
time.
3. Higher intensity levels can achieve better results, but
the stimulation should never be uncomfortable.
4. Ensure 20 minutes of stimulation for each use.
