1. La cellulite
La cellulite è caratterizzata dalla formazione di avvallamenti cutanei presenti in particolar modo nell'area delle
cosce, delle braccia e dei glutei. La cellulite è più frequente nelle donne, poiché nei loro tessuti connettivi
le fibre di collagene sono disposte parallelamente. In questa condizione, le cellule adipose si espandono e
spingono verso l'alto, dando origine ai tipici avvallamenti sulla superficie della pelle.
Esistono numerosi trattamenti medici e cosmetici per la prevenzione o la riduzione della cellulite, ma nessuno
di questi risolve completamente il problema.
